All prints are shipped in cardboard tubes, using Federal Express two-business-day delivery. Most orders are shipped within five business days. International orders require additional shipping costs.

Returns will be accepted up to 5 days after delivery due to damage or delivery of merchandise not as described.

What’s a giclee?

Giclees (pronounced "gee-clay," as in "gee, your hair smells terrific") are fine art prints produced using high-resolution digital imaging, continuous tone ink-jet technology, and archival-quality inks. Giclee prints are known for their exceptional quality, fidelity to the original work, and archival properties. They have a one-hundred-year life span.

Isn’t it better to ship artwork flat?

Perhaps, but only if the work is crated, which substantially raises the cost of transport. Tubes are inexpensive and durable, and can readily protect the work from any adventures en route.

Do you sell the work framed?

No. Most customers like to pick out their own frames to match their taste and décor. Whenever possible, I keep the work to standard sizes.

Are cheaper shipping options available?

Yes, but they have a less reliable track record. We’ve found Fed-Ex to be the most consistent and reliable.
